Q: Does the money come to Merchant account directly?

A: Yes. FISERV will transfer the customer payments directly to the Merchant's bank account registered with FISERV.

Q: How quickly do I get my money?

A: Merchants should typically get their money within 1-2 business days from transaction time period as per FISERV commitments.

Q: What taxes are applicable?

A: Taxes are applicable on Fee Plaza service subscription payments made by Merchants to Fee Plaza. Please refer to our pricing. On taxation pertaining to the customer payments, each Merchant has to consult their CPA / Financial / Legal advisor.

Q: Can I collect payments from foreign payers?

A: No. Fee Plaza operates in all 50 states of USA, so the Payer has to be legally allowed by the US to make those payments, in US Dollar currency only.

Q: How is Fee Plaza different form a payment gateway?

A: A Payment Gateway offers only payment collection services and the Merchant has to set up (& maintain) the information technology (IT) infrastructure to collect payments online. Fee Plaza offers Merchant branded IT for payment collection, without the Merchant having to invest in information technology, as well as pre-reconciled data (such as who pair for which service and where) at near zero cost.

Q: Which payment instruments can payers pay with?

A: Payers can pay with Credit cards, Debit cards and ACH.

Q: Can the payers pay from mobile devices?

A: Yes, Payers can pay from Mobile device or Tablets or Laptop or Desktop computers, as long as they are able to connect to Internet.

Q: How quickly can my business use this service after signing up?

A: Merchants can utilize Fee Plaza's services in 2 business days after signing the Merchant agreements. In specific cases, Fee Plaza Inc and FISERV may need additional time.

Q: How safe is this?

A: a) Industry standard security. At Fee Plaza, it's our priority to protect your privacy and safeguard your account information. That’s why we have implemented a variety of services, features, and policies to keep your account secure. Fee Plaza uses multi-factor authentication to help us verify your identity. Multi-factor authentication ensures that only you have access to your account. Your information is also encrypted while being transmitted to us using 128-bit SSL.

b) Your data is your data: It will not shared with third party. Fee Plaza does not share Merchants and Payer data with any third party source. However, Fee Plaza reserves the right to share the Merchant's and Payer data with governments and judiciary authorities, upon order(s).
