Will share the customer's information with the corresponding Merchant only and not with any other party, excluding Fee Plaza's banks, payment gateway partners, as applicable.
Reserves the right to share the customer data with governments and judiciary, upon orders.
Does not store customer's credit card, debit card or net banking credentials.
Uses industry standard security systems on cloud and processes to secure customer data.
Will not contact customers to seek personal information.
Will not send spam e-mails; may send e-mails if the merchant requests so.
May send reminder e-mails to make any pending payments.
Will not send marketing e-mails for third party products or services.
Will not make phone calls to customers, other than for transaction verification and related matters.
May use aggregated data (not individual customer data) for analytics
May revise the customer privacy policy from time to time.
Fee Plaza Inc neither views nor stores the data of the payers, such as of bank accounts and cards. Fee Plaza connects the payers to PCI DSS Compliant payment gateway(s).
