Preliminary terms and conditions for Merchants

1. The usage of Fee Plaza's services, website and mobile app is completely voluntary. Contracts with Businesses (merchants, as referred by Fee Plaza Inc.) can be specific and may vary. Businesses shall not construe any information provided on this website as a commitment from Fee Plaza.

2. Receipts / Transaction confirmations may be issued by Fee Plaza on behalf of the Merchant's; are subject to realization of funds, confirmed by the payment gateway / bank, as the case may be.

3. Enrollment of Merchant's is also subject to the successful KYC verification by payment gateway / bank.

4. Fee Plaza expects the Customers to provide accurate information while using Fee Plaza's service. The Customer shall be solely responsible for providing such information, related to the Customer / Beneficiary (of the Merchant's services) provide(s) while availing Fee Plaza service. Fee Plaza shall not be responsible for any inaccurate information provided by the Customer.

5. Fee Plaza may revise its terms and conditions from time to time, with best efforts to inform the participating Merchants whenever possible.

6. Fee Plaza reserves the right to share the Merchant's and Customer data with governments and judiciary authorities, upon order(s).

7. The terms of the Merchant's Agreement with Fee Plaza will apply in addition to those listed here.

8. Fee Plaza Inc neither views nor stores the data of the payers, such as of bank accounts and cards. Fee Plaza connects the payers to PCI DSS Compliant payment gateway(s).

Preliminary terms and conditions for Customers (payers, Merchant service beneficiaries)

By initiating a payment transaction and/or completing the payment on Fee Plaza's website and/or app as a user(s) (payer, payers), the user(s) agree(s) to the terms and conditions mentioned below.

1. Service definition: Fee Plaza is a Fintech software provider, facilitates online payment, may issue receipts/transaction confirmations on behalf of Merchant's. Fee Plaza is not responsible for any matters pertaining to the services provided by the Merchants, including but not limited to disputes, service deficiency, payments, safety and others.

2. Payment made on Fee Plaza website and/or app is not refundable by Fee Plaza Inc, in part or full. Any cancellations, refunds or modifications pertaining to fees paid are bipartite matters between the Merchants and the customer(s); Fee Plaza is not a party to such matters.

3. Receipts/transaction confirmations issued by Fee Plaza on behalf of Merchants are subject to realization of funds, confirmed by the payment gateway or bank as the case may be.

4. Fee Plaza expects the Customers to provide accurate information while using Fee Plaza's service. The Customer shall be solely responsible for providing such information, related to the Customer / Beneficiary (of the Merchant's services) provide(s) while availing Fee Plaza service. Fee Plaza shall not be responsible for any actions taken by the corresponding Merchant as a consequence of such information.

5. The customer(s) can collect the payment receipt(s) in the Merchant's format only from the corresponding Merchant and not from Fee Plaza.

6. Fee Plaza may revise its terms and conditions from time to time.

7. Fee Plaza Inc. does not collect any of your card, bank account data. Fee Plaza Inc neither views nor stores the data of the payers, such as of bank accounts and cards. Fee Plaza connects the payers to PCI DSS Compliant payment gateway(s).

8. Fee Plaza neither refunds nor processes the refunds of the payments you make to your merchant. Please contact the Merchant directly for any refunds.

9. In addition to Fee Plaza Inc.'s terms and conditions, the terms and conditions specified by the specific merchant(s) on Fee Plaza platform will apply to you.
